Receipt of your booking form and deposit payment indicates acceptance of the TilDeath Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy set out below.
The exhibitors participation in the show is only confirmed when full payment is received. Fees cannot be refunded in the event of an exhibitor not being able to attend.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse bookings.
The positioning of exhibitors is at the absolute discretion of the organisers.
Each exhibitor has been chosen with care. The exhibitor must not display any items from another business or promote another business on their stand without prior consent from the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to remove items from displays. advertising literature or other items not relating to the exhibitors business must not be displayed or distributed.
Walkways and marked fire exits must be kept clear at all times. exhibitors are asked to clear away all bags and boxes before the fair opens. you must also leave your area clear of all rubbish on departure.
Exhibitors must adhere to fire safety precautions and agree to modify or remove any part of their stand identified by the organisers or venue staff as a potential fire risk. Candles and naked flames are not permitted anywhere in the venue.
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring any electrical equipment is compliant with safety regulations. It is advised all electricals are PAT tested prior to the event and there are no trailing cables relating to their stand.
Exhibitors should not pack or remove stock to their vehicles before the advertised closing time as this contravenes heath and safety for customers.
The organisers do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any property brought to the event or any personal injury however caused. Exhibitors are expected to have insurance cover for all eventualities including a minimum of £2,000,000 public liability insurance.
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising as a result of problems with the venue or its staff because of fire, strike, war, force majeure or any other reason beyond the organisers control resulting in the TilDeath wedding fair being cancelled or rescheduled. The organisers shall have no liability to exhibitors for the refund or space fees, loss of income or any other costs or losses resulting from such cancellation or rescheduling.
